I love Brene Brown, as anyone who follows my blog knows. She is brilliant, and can explain things in very human terms which are easy for us to relate to. This manifesto is from her book Rising Strong, which has been instrumental in getting me from the weepy, sad, rejected woman I was 6 months ago, to the strong, self assured woman I am, who knows her worth. I’m worth more than I was getting. And I am still not afraid to be vulnerable.

I wish I could get you to read the book. She is amazing. Truly one of the few life changing authors I know of.
This is not a cop-out but I’m not sure I could concentrate long enough to read it. Sometimes, I have to go back and re-read blogs two or three times because my mind starts going other places. It’s troubling.
I know. Gotta be in the right place. But seriously, it might help you to find a way through all that chaos and distraction. I know when I started it I thought I was gonna die, never recover. But hey, look at me now! Xo

Oh I’m glad that maybe I’m helping. I’ve been so down at points in my life, and thank God for the people who have bee out in my path to guide me out.
