Wishing for more,

Happy with what is.

The way is unmarked,

Therefore awareness is vital.

But “Rome wasn’t built in a day.”

With it for the long haul

To the conclusion that is perhaps already written,

But invisible.

The connection showed itself

Again

Today.

Took my breath away for an instant,

Then gave it back to me.
