Taking a break from work to eat lunch at this cove of the Connecticut River. Renews my spirit, to be part of the One Great Consciousness. Peace, love and light to all.

I find the smallest joy now, since I have been sober, in the small things such as this. I will find myself just staring and watching a squirrel in awe. It feels so good to recognize these things now.
