Facts about me:

1. I grew up in Iowa, 3 blocks from the Mississippi River.  I had a basically Normal Rockwell childhood.
2. I know how to navigate a boat, using just a compass and a chart.
3. I want to learn to paint!
4. When I retire, I want to take a celebration trip to Italy.  For, in Liz Gilbert’s words, the pleasure of it.
5. I wanted to be a special ed teacher.  Plans waylaid by a bad ex….
6. When I love you, I will always love you.
7. What other people think about me is none of my business.
