   • Thanks. I was led to this in my meditation this morning. It’s an ancient Buddhist meditation I’m pretty sure. But I write the previous blog, about what was going on, and this is how I dealt with it. So far it’s working!! 😊 I gues its true only light can drive out darkness. Only love can drive out hate.
