Shut-down and reboot.
The universal fix all.
Works on many things.

Shut-down and reboot.
The universal fix all.
Works on many things.
Sits beside the waves
Sun turns her skin golden brown
Salt spray wets her hair.
She sighs tenderly
At the warm oceans caress
She spoke, no one heard.
Love comes on her breath
And ebbs with the falling tide
She wants to hold on.
The day passed slowly
Asking way too much of her
To hold on longer.

Amaryllis blooms
Bursting red, robust with life
Sentinel flower.

The breath comes silent
Reaching deep within my soul
Peace is all I feel.
Silence is soothing
Gives pause to appreciate
What really matters.
Each day’s rising sun
One more chance to get it right
To sing life’s treasures.

Christmas is coming
Hard to wrap my head around
When it’s so warm out.

What was it she heard?
The sigh of her heart weeping,
Lost in memories.

Warm water beckons
Sunset draws laid-back passion
Tropical day’s end.

What will this day bring?
Sorrow or joy, she knows not
Vision is obscured.
Her path corrupted
By pretty stories untrue
Reality glares.
But in the glare, truth.
And in the truth, a light shines
She finds her way home.

Night brings clarity
Dreams expand unlimited.
Heartbeats in the dark.

Turquoise azure bay
Reflects glittering sunshine
Tide ebb and flow soothes.
Standing on the beach
Gazing at the vast blue sea
Breathing, finding peace.
Dolphins play in waves
Fishing boats ply gentle swells
Sea breeze caresses.
Inhaling salt air
Returns me to my center
Immersed, once again.
