Not an easy lesson…..Taken me months, for a relationship that was only 18 months to begin with. All I can say, is keep going to the light. You’ll get there.
Meditation?
I meditate almost every day, and yeah it definitely helps. Reading books of great teachers also held. Like Vsn Morrisons dong Enlughtenment says its non-attachment, non attachment.” Big hugs to you on your journey. Happy to walk this one with you.
