Past is ghosting me
Teasing, dancing on my heart.
Hoping for reprieve.

Past is ghosting me
Teasing, dancing on my heart.
Hoping for reprieve.

Stormy night, it’s hard
Hearing the wind, all alone
Breath aches in my heart.

Restless emotions
Vulnerability fright
Hard to be alone.

Morning breaks the dark
Anxiously wait for the sky
Needing light of day.
Storm flags fly briskly
Clouds cover the sun and blue
Frayed nerves seek solace.
Flags flutter within
Fear combined with naive hope
Trust the universe.

Some things can’t be said
Only felt, and remembered.
Silence is painful.
Some things can’t be felt
They’re buried, hidden by fear.
Fear causes chaos.
Memories remain
Some are hard, some a blessing.
Lessons from them all.

Shimmering skin heats
Passions in the recesses
Where love is hidden.
Touching in the dark
Prescience forecasts the future,
Longings unfulfilled.
Dreams awake yearnings
Long asleep where abandoned
Wait to manifest.

Black moon rises dark
Unseen, but still ascending.
Reflect and intend.
Begin new cycle
Combine the old with the new
Always, love all ways.
I knew that it was the new moon, but when I did a little google search I found out this is a “black moon” today, because it’s the 2nd new moon this month. The last “black moon” was in March 2014. During the new moon, the moon rises with the sun, and travels across the sky with it, so it is unseen. New moons are always the time when we should reflect on our lives and set our intentions.

Energy spinning,
Spiraling as it stretches
One to another.
Feel the connection
Renewing, vibration is
Whispering in ears.
Near or far, remains,
Time nor space can alter it.
Singing, love always.
Perfect afternoon.
Long quiet conversation
Sun and warm water.

Sunrise connecting
Night to day, blazing color
There’s beauty in change.
Complete the circle
As the sun sets, dazzling grace
Day connects to night.
